SARA BELLA SAYAH, RDH, BS

Originally from Tehran, Iran’s vibrant capital, Sara Sayah grew up in the city until graduating from high school. She attended university in the United States and achieved a bachelor’s degree; Sara furthered her education and strengthened her skills as a dental hygienist by attending courses in the management of chronic pain, sleeping medicine, nutrition and systemic link, chronic illnesses and periodontal disease, culture competence, opioid addiction, and understanding Covid-19 vaccine safety and protective efficacy. Sara is affiliated with the American Academy for Oral Systemic Health and American Dental Hygienists’ Association.

Working at Bethesda Dental Implant Center since 2013, and Beads Dental since 2021, Sara loves the opportunity to change lives by providing patients with quality dental care and education. She enjoys getting to know her patients personally and providing individualized treatment plans, educational material, and preventative care based on their medical history, lifestyle, and beliefs. Overall, she is passionate about making life better for others and contributing to their well-being.

Sara is delighted to work at our practice as a dental hygienist and the director of dental hygiene. Working with a team unified by the mission of patient care, she finds that our practice’s values align with her own—allowing her to grow professionally and deliver outstanding patient care.

Outside of the office, Sara enjoys exploring nature, visiting art galleries and museums, taking photographs, jewelry making, meditating, reading, and learning new things. She got married in 2018 and enjoys being with someone who encourages her personal development. Despite facing challenges in her life, she is proud of where her journey has taken her and the strength, compassion, and understanding she has gained. These qualities make her who she is today, and this is something she takes pride in.

KATIE DINGLE, RDH, BS

Born and raised in Baltimore County, Katie Dingle began her career as a dental hygienist after earning a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. She has also completed advanced education courses in diode laser training, local anesthesia, and nitrous oxide. Katie is proudly affiliated with the American Dental Hygienist’s Association.

Joining our practice in February 2023, Katie has enjoyed being a part of an office where the team is collaborative, encouraging, and supportive of each other. One of her favorite aspects of her job is getting to connect with patients and learn about their lives, goals, and interests. United by a shared goal of bringing confidence to patients’ smiles and comfort to their experience, our entire team is delighted to have Katie on board.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys traveling, baking, hiking, and spending time with her family. She also enjoys running, and has completed nine marathons in the past! Katie is engaged to her fiance, Dave, and the two of them enjoy relaxing and having exciting adventures together in the beautiful neighborhoods of Baltimore County.
